Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

Registration for ACCREDITCON incurs an obligation on your part to complete the registration process, including paying registration fees. Registrations may be paid immediately by credit card, within ten (10) days by check, or within thirty (30) days by purchase order.


By submitting the Exhibitor Registration form you agree to the charges to the credit card submitted for payment of the registration fees for ACCREDITCON.

If registration is made by check or purchase order, you agree to be responsible for the charges whether or not you exhibit at the conference.

Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions verifies you have read the Rules and Regulations for ACCREDITCON. You can only register if you agree to the terms.

EXHIBITOR REFUNDS, effective March 17, 2020

Full refunds will be issued if cancelled before May 1, 2020. The exhibitor will have two options:
1. apply the funds to ACCREDITCON in 2021, which is scheduled for June 2-6, 2021 at the Omni Louisville
– or –
2. receive a full refund.

To apply the funds to ACCREDITCON in 2021 or to receive the full refund, email accreditcon@scs-events.com.

Gentle reminder: For hotel reservations, a one night’s deposit will be taken on all reservations at 45 days prior to  check in.

By registering for the conference, you agree to have your likeness reproduced. Exhibitors assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, it’s employees and agents against all claims.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

If you register and select payment by check, you have ten (10) days from the registration date to make your payment.

Exhibitor space will not be assigned until payment is received.

If you register and select purchase order you have thirty (30) days from the registration date to make your payment. If payment is not received by the due date, the assigned exhibitor space will be released. No registrations by purchase order (PO) will be accepted after April 17, 2020.

No registrations by check will be accepted after April 30, 2020.
