REGISTRATION

Registration for ACCREDITCON incurs an obligation on your part to complete the registration process, including paying registration fees. Registrations may be paid immediately by credit card, within ten (10) days by check, or within thirty (30) days by purchase order.

Registration fees not paid by the above deadlines will result in the registration being removed from the registration roster. All registrations must be paid in full upon commencement of conference proceedings. If you fail to cancel prior to the cancellation deadline, registration fees are non-refundable. If you register for ACCREDITCON but do not attend and do not cancel prior to the cancellation deadline, you are still liable for the registration fees.

April 9 is the last day to register when paying by check or purchase order.

May 9 is the last day to register in advance with a credit card.

May 28 is the first day to register on-site, with a credit card only.

TRANSFER REGISTRATION

You may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Changes may be made through the registration portal. The deadline to transfer registration is May 9, 2024, at 11:00 pm Central Time.

GUEST REFUNDS

Refunds may be requested through April 30, 2024, subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be given after April 30, 2024.

Full refunds will not be issued.

Gentle reminder: For hotel reservations, a one-night deposit will be taken on all reservations 45 days prior to check-in.

You may transfer your registration to another person without penalty provided you make the changes through the registration portal by May 9, 2023, at 11:00 pm Central Time.

If you fail to cancel, registration fees will not be refunded. If you register for ACCREDITCON but do not attend and do not cancel prior to the cancellation deadline, you are still liable for the registration fees.

By registering for ACCREDITCON, you agree to have your likeness reproduced. Guests assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees, and agents against all claims.
